CLIENT STORY

A major trade union needed to accelerate the merger of technical and business operations for multiple funds/fund offices into a common technology platform. They sought external assistance and skilled technology resources that could execute the data conversion work stream and take on additional project team roles as needed. The goal was to migrate all data and processes for employer contributions and health benefits administration for X participants into a single platform in 12 months.

PROJECT & OUTCOMES

The MIDIOR team conducted an in-depth review of historical data from the legacy system and detailed requirements analysis to define codes and data formats. In addition, the team built tools and custom software for remediating and transforming the data to be compatible with the target system. We also provided solution design and implementation oversight, as well as testing and deployment services to ensure a successful Go Live that was on time and within budget.
